Terms & Conditions

1. Our fabrics are Pre-Order from Doha, Qatar. The order period is from the first to the third week of every month. Orders after the cut off date will be treated as orders for the next cycle. 
2. Full payment must be made before pre-order's end date. Once the fabrics in our hand,will post it A.S.A.P through POSLAJU.  
3. All prices NOT including postage.  We ONLY post the items using POSLAJU (within Peninsular, Sabah & Sarawak). 
4. Postage fee: 
         For West Malaysia - 1-2 pieces : RM7
                                       - 3-4 pieces : RM9
                                       - 5 & above : According to weight
         For East Malaysia  - 1-2 pieces : RM9
                                       -3-4 pieces : RM11
                                       - 5 & above : According to weight
5. Please bear in mind that it is very difficult to capture the exact color/design in each fabric. In addition, be aware that the computer monitors can vary on color. Therefore, feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the products. 
6. Reservation only for 3 working days. If you fail to make payment in time, we will release the item(s) to other customer who interested without giving you any notice.
7. No proof of transaction, shipment will be postponed.
